After selecting the file you wish to access and clicking on the "Submit" button, you will receive an email with download instructions and will have instant access to the requested file. For a listing of all available contracts, please click here. You must enter valid information into the form below or your file will not be delivered. Files remain available to you for 36 hours, so please be sure to download your file within that time frame. If you have trouble downloading, please contact us at (405) 701-8616 for alternate delivery methods.

To download multiple contracts, complete the form below in it's entirety. After your request is processed, click the "Back" button on your browser to return to this page and select a different contract, then click "Submit" again. This will keep you from having to fill out the form more than once and will avoid you're email address being blocked from the system for not completing the information requested properly.
In some arbitration situations, a new contract is not written so you will be downloading a copy of the last contract on file with the current arbitration award attached. Contract documents are public information and may therefore be reproduced or distributed in any way necessary.
